Nolan with the 2015 Kadena Panthers

Nolan is in Yokosuka, Japan for the D1 Far East High School Baseball Tournament. This is the season ending tournament for his High School team, the Kadena Panthers.  SO far, they have won 8-0 and 11-0 in Pool play, to get a first round bye in the tournment.  Today, Katerina and I are hoping on a plane to go see the game.  And tomorrow, David will fly via Nepal and Okinawa, to come watch.
Super exciting!!

Katerinas track meet

For the second year, Ryukyu middle school has hosted a track meet. And Katerina, loves meets!!! Swim meets gymnastics meets, track meets. She does it all.
Here are some pictures her friends mom took. She had a fabulous time... When I asked her what was her favorite part, she said the 4 x 400.  They changed the order since her and Elizabeth were tired from the hot day and he running they had already done. But Elizabeth got them into 2nd, and then Kat was able to maintain that position. The third girl fell into 3rd... And she said the best was all of them cheering the 4th girl on and watching her pass the girl in 2nd for them to get the silver medal. It was a super fun day for her!
